Bespoke Lifting Equipment Manufacturing
Our workshop in Invergordon houses powerful 500 tonne and 1000 ton presses, which allow us to manufacture bespoke wire rope sling assemblies to meet your individual specifications.
We also have a rigging shop that can produce customised chain assemblies with various components like hooks, masterlinks, shortening clutches and connectors so you can obtain the correct chain sling to fit your lifting application.
Just like our brand name products, we don’t compromise on quality with our bespoke manufactured items. All the products we offer conform to the applicable manufacturing standards. You can assure that all the lifting equipment sourced from us has passed stringent safety tests before it is shipped to you.
Online Certification Management System
When you opt to purchase your new lifting equipment from us at SWL you’ll benefit from being able to utilise our unique online system for managing your equipment certification.
The WEBCERT system is an online portal to which you will have access, allowing you to view, download and/or print any of the certification and identity documentation for your lifting equipment at any time, wherever you are.
Our customers find this system ideal for auditing their equipment inventory. It also offers the ability to identify items by location, thus doubling as an Asset Management System.
With the ability to track items, offering tight inventory control, project downtime and non-essential purchases are greatly reduced. There’s an environmental bonus too, with the portal eliminating the need for hard copy certificates.
